If you sell B2B, your cash register is your bank account and it needs to be full! Cash flow is essential to the success of any business.

In every business, it ONLY starts when a sale happens, so that’s your #1 priority as a business owner. Be your own best cheerleader, because if you’re not promoting your business – who is?

If you don’t like selling, then you have no business being in business. Unless you’re well funded and can hire an outstanding sales professional, your business is doomed.

You must get over the attitude that sales is dirty, manipulative or sleazy – it’s about helping people buy from you, you don’t sell to them anymore. Even if you’re not afraid of sales or don’t think it’s sleazy but unless you’ve had some sales training, I’m sure you’ve got lots to learn on who to make sales easier and don’t these most common sales mistakes.
